Trois \u00e9levages avicoles, situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Adjengr\u00e9 (Sotouboua), Anyron Kop\u00e9 (Vo) et Kouloumd\u00e8 (Tchaoudjo), sont touch\u00e9s. En r\u00e9action, le gouvernement interdit les d\u00e9placements de volailles et ferme temporairement plusieurs march\u00e9s pour freiner la propagation du virus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite le 20 mars par le minist\u00e8re des Ressources animales, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019analyses effectu\u00e9es par le laboratoire central v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire de Lom\u00e9. Plus de 6 500 volailles, incluant des poules pondeuses, des poulets de chair et des poules locales, sont concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette menace, les autorit\u00e9s appliquent un protocole strict : Abattage et destruction des volailles infect\u00e9es, ainsi que des produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s et du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019\u00e9levage dans un rayon de trois kilom\u00e8tres autour des foyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9sinfection syst\u00e9matique des exploitations et des zones affect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interdiction des d\u00e9placements de volailles, de leurs produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s, du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019\u00e9levage et des aliments pour volailles dans les cantons d\u2019Adjengr\u00e9, Anyron Kop\u00e9 et Komah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermeture temporaire des march\u00e9s de volailles et des provenderies dans ces cantons pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019un mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscient de l\u2019impact \u00e9conomique de ces mesures, le gouvernement pr\u00e9voit une compensation financi\u00e8re. \u00ab Une indemnisation sera accord\u00e9e aux \u00e9leveurs dont les animaux seront abattus et d\u00e9truits par les services v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, selon la grille en vigueur \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le ministre Damehame Yark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re d\u00e9tection officielle de grippe aviaire au Togo remontait \u00e0 janvier 2022.
