Le gouvernement envisage la contractualisation pour la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre compl\u00e8te des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019un resort urbain et baln\u00e9aire \u00e0 Grand-Popo. Ce projet vise \u00e0 transformer l\u2019ancienne Auberge de Grand-Popo en un complexe h\u00f4telier moderne, conforme aux standards internationaux. L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite en Conseil des ministres du 26 mars 2025.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le futur resort comprendra un h\u00f4tel de quatre \u00e9tages (R+3), offrant 65 \u00e0 70 chambres standard, 10 suites junior et 2 suites pr\u00e9sidentielles. Il int\u00e9grera \u00e9galement 4 \u00e0 6 villas F3 et F4 destin\u00e9es aux particuliers, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, deux piscines et un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie globale de d\u00e9veloppement du tourisme au B\u00e9nin, \u00e0 travers la construction d\u2019infrastructures h\u00f4teli\u00e8res haut de gamme. Il ambitionne d\u2019attirer une client\u00e8le nationale et internationale en qu\u00eate de confort et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences exclusives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement autoris\u00e9, avec une dur\u00e9e pr\u00e9visionnelle de 24 mois pour l\u2019ach\u00e8vement du resort.
