Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mamadi Doumbouya, pr\u00e9sident de la transition en Guin\u00e9e, a accord\u00e9 une gr\u00e2ce pr\u00e9sidentielle \u00e0 l’ancien chef de la junte, Moussa Dadis Camara. Cette d\u00e9cision intervient huit mois apr\u00e8s la condamnation de M. Camara, le 31 juillet 2024, \u00e0 une peine de vingt ans de prison pour crimes contre l’humanit\u00e9, en lien avec le massacre du 28 septembre 2009 au stade de Conakry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de ce proc\u00e8s historique, plusieurs autres responsables de l’\u00e9poque avaient \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus coupables et condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 des peines significatives. Parmi eux, le colonel Moussa Ti\u00e9gboro Camara, ancien secr\u00e9taire d’\u00c9tat charg\u00e9 des services sp\u00e9ciaux, avait \u00e9cop\u00e9 de vingt ans d’emprisonnement, tandis que le commandant Aboubacar Sidiki Diakit\u00e9, dit \u00ab\u00a0Toumba\u00a0\u00bb, ancien aide de camp, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 dix ans de prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La gr\u00e2ce pr\u00e9sidentielle accord\u00e9e \u00e0 Moussa Dadis Camara soul\u00e8ve des r\u00e9actions diverses au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Guin\u00e9enne et parmi les familles victimes du massacre de 2009. Si certains y voient un geste de r\u00e9conciliation nationale, d’autres expriment des r\u00e9serves quant \u00e0 l’impunit\u00e9 potentielle pour des crimes aussi graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le massacre du 28 septembre 2009 demeure l’un des \u00e9pisodes les plus sombres de l’histoire r\u00e9cente de la Guin\u00e9e, avec plus de 150 personnes tu\u00e9es et de nombreuses autres bless\u00e9es lors de la r\u00e9pression d’une manifestation pacifique au stade de Conakry<\/p>\n\n\n\n
