Lors de sa pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du mercredi 2 avril 2025, l&rsquo;institution dirig\u00e9e par \u00c9douard Loko a adopt\u00e9 deux d\u00e9cisions de mise en demeure visant six cha\u00eenes de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et radios priv\u00e9es, ainsi qu\u2019un promoteur de station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la d\u00e9cision n\u00b025-016\/HAAC, les promoteurs de Canal 2 Star, Imanl\u00e8 TV Africa, Tund\u00e9 Agric TV, Alliance FM, Urban FM et Arzek\u00e8 FM sont somm\u00e9s de se conformer aux clauses de leurs conventions sign\u00e9es avec la HAAC. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, ils s&rsquo;exposent aux sanctions pr\u00e9vues par l&rsquo;article 49 de la loi organique n\u00b02022-13 du 5 juillet 2022.
