Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 la destruction d\u2019un drone malien par l\u2019arm\u00e9e alg\u00e9rienne, un incident survenu dans la nuit du 31 mars au 1er avril, qui ravive les tensions entre Bamako et Alger.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 lu \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale le dimanche 6 avril, les dirigeants de l\u2019AES ont qualifi\u00e9 l\u2019acte alg\u00e9rien d\u2019\u00ab agression \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des trois pays. Ils \u00e9voquent une \u00ab provocation \u00bb, une \u00ab violation du droit international \u00bb et annoncent des d\u00e9marches diplomatiques et juridiques \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019Alger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les autorit\u00e9s maliennes, le drone a \u00e9t\u00e9 abattu \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du territoire national, pr\u00e8s de Tinzaouat\u00e8ne, \u00e0 9,5 km au sud de la fronti\u00e8re alg\u00e9rienne. Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Bamako conclut \u00e0 une \u00ab action hostile pr\u00e9m\u00e9dit\u00e9e \u00bb qui aurait emp\u00each\u00e9 la neutralisation d\u2019un groupe terroriste op\u00e9rant contre les pays de l\u2019AES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie affirme avoir intercept\u00e9 un drone de reconnaissance arm\u00e9 ayant viol\u00e9 son espace a\u00e9rien.
