L\u2019alerte a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le CNIN, plusieurs citoyens ont r\u00e9cemment signal\u00e9 des cas d\u2019arnaques perp\u00e9tr\u00e9es par des individus se faisant passer pour des agents immobiliers. Ces escrocs exploitent des groupes WhatsApp cens\u00e9s faciliter la mise en relation entre propri\u00e9taires, interm\u00e9diaires et potentiels locataires, dans le but de pi\u00e9ger leurs victimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mode op\u00e9ratoire est bien rod\u00e9 : les fraudeurs publient de s\u00e9duisantes photos de maisons ou d\u2019appartements \u00e0 louer, puis invitent les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 poursuivre les \u00e9changes en messages priv\u00e9s. Une fois le contact \u00e9tabli, ils pr\u00e9tendent qu\u2019un autre client aurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9 une partie de la caution, tout en laissant entendre qu\u2019une location imm\u00e9diate reste possible si la victime accepte de r\u00e9gler la totalit\u00e9 du montant demand\u00e9 via paiement mobile. D\u00e8s la transaction effectu\u00e9e, les escrocs disparaissent sans laisser de trace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submerg\u00e9 par les plaintes, le CNIN exhorte les citoyens \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier les paiements physiques et \u00e0 toujours exiger des preuves \u00e9crites (quittances, contrats, pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;identit\u00e9) lors de toute transaction immobili\u00e8re. Les personnes d\u00e9j\u00e0 victimes de cette fraude sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u00e9poser plainte par courriel \u00e0 l\u2019adresse plaintes@cnin.bj ou via le site officiel www.cnin.bj.
