L\u2019ex\u00e9cutif a en effet transmis un projet de loi \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale pour examen et vote. Une fois adopt\u00e9 selon le compte rendu du Conseil des Ministres, le nouveau sousmis aux d\u00e9put\u00e9s de la 9e l\u00e9gislature abrogera les dispositions de la loi du 1er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d\u2019association ainsi que toutes autres dispositions ant\u00e9rieures contraires.<br>La nouvelle loi vise \u00e0 actualiser le cadre l\u00e9gal existant afin de r\u00e9duire les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s juridiques, rendre conforme la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur aux d\u00e9fis actuels et cr\u00e9er les r\u00e9gimes adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque type d\u2019association et de fondation. Il dispose entre autres sur les modalit\u00e9s de financement, la gouvernance, de m\u00eame que sur les questions relatives \u00e0 la transparence et au suivi de leurs activit\u00e9s en lien avec les risques qui y sont li\u00e9s.
