Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, des croyantes d\u00e9cident de faire gr\u00e8ve afin de r\u00e9clamer une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes dans les instances eccl\u00e9siales. En France, cette mobilisation est port\u00e9e par l\u2019association Le Comit\u00e9 de la Jupe, qui revendique plus de 300 membres engag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Les femmes assurent 80 % du travail dans les paroisses, mais restent absentes des lieux de pouvoir \u00bb, d\u00e9nonce Ad\u00e9line, co-pr\u00e9sidente du Comit\u00e9 de la Jupe. Actives dans tous les domaines : cat\u00e9ch\u00e8se, travail social, associations, liturgie \u2014 elles sont pourtant \u00e9cart\u00e9es des fonctions d\u00e9cisionnelles. Cette gr\u00e8ve vise \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer ce plafond de verre qui entrave leur pleine reconnaissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mouvement, initi\u00e9 en France, prend une ampleur internationale. Des actions similaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es en Espagne, en Pologne, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Inde.
