Elle pr\u00e9voit notamment la construction imm\u00e9diate du march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional de Kassoua-Allah, situ\u00e9 dans la commune de Ouak\u00e9, dans le d\u00e9partement de la Donga. L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite lors du Conseil des ministres du mercredi 16 avril 2025.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les douze infrastructures pr\u00e9vues dans cette seconde phase, le march\u00e9 de Kassoua-Allah b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re en raison de son fort potentiel \u00e9conomique et de sa position g\u00e9ostrat\u00e9gique dans le nord du B\u00e9nin. Ces atouts ont conduit le gouvernement \u00e0 le classer parmi les priorit\u00e9s \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter sans d\u00e9lai. Dans l\u2019attente de la finalisation des proc\u00e9dures administratives pour les autres sites s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, le Conseil a instruit les ministres concern\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les formalit\u00e9s pr\u00e9alables afin d\u2019assurer un d\u00e9marrage rapide et efficace des travaux \u00e0 Kassoua-Allah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans la dynamique de modernisation des infrastructures commerciales.
