Ce document de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence constitue un outil de pilotage essentiel pour renforcer durablement l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial national.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Articul\u00e9 autour de quatre axes majeurs  : accompagnement, financement, orientation et acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9, ce plan quinquennal vise \u00e0 structurer de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente les interventions de l\u2019ADPME au profit des micros, petites et moyennes entreprises (MPME).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ADPME entend, \u00e0 travers cette strat\u00e9gie, b\u00e2tir un cadre de planification \u00e0 moyen terme capable d\u2019orienter ses choix op\u00e9rationnels et strat\u00e9giques. \u00c0 l\u2019horizon 2029, l\u2019ambition est claire : faire \u00e9merger un tissu entrepreneurial solide, dynamique et r\u00e9silient, apte \u00e0 contribuer activement \u00e0 la transformation structurelle de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie comprend un plan d\u2019action d\u00e9taill\u00e9, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un dispositif de suivi-\u00e9valuation des performances. Elle repose sur une d\u00e9marche inclusive, associant l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes : structures d\u2019appui \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat, chambres consulaires, organisations professionnelles, ainsi que les partenaires techniques et financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le document valid\u00e9, \u00ab \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2029, les micros, petites et moyennes entreprises b\u00e9ninoises, avec un tissu renforc\u00e9, \u00e9mergent et contribuent \u00e0 la transformation structurelle de l\u2019\u00e9conomie b\u00e9ninoise \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre effective de ce plan est plac\u00e9e sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du ministre des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises et de la Promotion de l\u2019Emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9dard CLOBECHI<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9conomie &#038;
