Plus de 2 000 emplois directs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant principalement aux jeunes et aux populations locales, selon le quotidien La Nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet accorde \u00e9galement une place centrale au d\u00e9veloppement humain.
