Le gouvernement b\u00e9ninois, en partenariat avec plusieurs institutions financi\u00e8res internationales, a sign\u00e9 un M\u00e9morandum-Cadre de Collaboration et de Coop\u00e9ration. Objectif : acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le financement climatique et renforcer les r\u00e9formes vertes dans le pays.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce m\u00e9morandum in\u00e9dit constitue le premier cadre coordonn\u00e9 multipartenaire mis en place en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest. Il r\u00e9unit des acteurs de premier plan tels que le Groupe de la Banque mondiale (BIRD, IDA, IFC), la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD), la Banque asiatique d\u2019investissement dans les infrastructures (AIIB) et le Fonds OPEC.
