De nouveaux membres adh\u00e8rent au mouvement f\u00e9minin Soroptimist International Club Cotonou Am\u00e9thyste. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cooptation s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans la soir\u00e9e du samedi 10 mai 2025 \u00e0 Zogbo, Cotonou. Une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d’adh\u00e9sion coupl\u00e9e avec la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration des sept (7) ans d’existence, marquant l’anniversaire de l’organisation f\u00e9minine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Le Soroptimist International Club Cotonou Am\u00e9thyste a accueilli en son sein de nouveaux membres. Des femmes avec des profils vari\u00e9s, qui ont fait preuve de dynamisme et d’intelligence apr\u00e8s une bonne \u00e9valuation. Il s’agit de : Jocelyne P\u00e9lagie Zontom\u00e8, administrateur des services financiers, Itounou Mariane Ogouma, sp\u00e9cialiste exp\u00e9rience client, et Jessilath Boura\u00efma, promotrice de So Fresh B\u00e9nin.
Dans son discours d’ouverture, Jocelyne Amass\u00e8, pr\u00e9sidente du Soroptimist International Club Cotonou Am\u00e9thyste, s’est r\u00e9jouie de la qualit\u00e9 des nouvelles adh\u00e9rentes. \u00ab Dans une \u00e8re o\u00f9 beaucoup consid\u00e8rent que recruter des membres peut s’av\u00e9rer une t\u00e2che tr\u00e8s difficile, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d’intronisation de ce jour montre que des femmes vont volontiers de l’avant et sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 apprendre pour aider les autres \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Pour la pr\u00e9sidente, l’int\u00e9gration de nouveaux membres doit \u00eatre un rappel d’engagement pour l’organisation port\u00e9e vers de nouveaux d\u00e9fis pour l’am\u00e9lioration des conditions des filles et femmes b\u00e9ninoises. Elle a donc invit\u00e9 les nouveaux membres \u00e0 s’\u00e9lever au-dessus de tout et \u00e0 rester dans le Soroptimist avec leur c\u0153ur d’enfant.
Jocelyne Amass\u00e8 a rappel\u00e9 que la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cooptation est coupl\u00e9e avec l’anniversaire des 7 ans du club. \u00c0 l’en croire, le club a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 ses sept (7) ann\u00e9es d’existence \u00e0 la date du 5 mai 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les nouveaux membres ont pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment. Fi\u00e8rement emmitoufl\u00e9es de l’\u00e9charpe, celles-ci ont pris l’engagement de servir, de par leur dynamisme, le club. Elles ont promis de participer \u00e0 l’\u00e9ducation des filles, \u00e0 l’autonomisation et de lutter contre les violences faites aux femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suite \u00e0 la prestation de serment, elles ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des conseils des marraines du mouvement Soroptimist. Pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Jos\u00e9phine Loko Abbalo, membre fondatrice du SI au B\u00e9nin, s’est r\u00e9jouie du choix du mouvement Soroptimist fait par les nouvelles coopt\u00e9es.
\u00ab Ne vous \u00e9loignez jamais de la recherche de la qualit\u00e9 dans l’exercice de vos professions \u00bb, demande V\u00e9ronique Akankossi Degu\u00e9non, marraine du Club Am\u00e9thyste PP\/Club doyen. Elle a par ailleurs souhait\u00e9 \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues une bonne conduite du foyer, tout en mettant l’accent sur l’\u00e9ducation des filles.
Les adh\u00e9rentes sont reparties avec un dossier contenant le fanion du club, l’hymne du Soroptimist International, le r\u00e8glement interne de l’Union, les statuts de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration, de l’Union et du Club, le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du club, les douze commandements des parfaites Soroptimist \u00e9tablis en 1963 par le Docteur Suzanne NO\u00cbL, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soroptimist International Club Cotonou Am\u00e9thyste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le Soroptimist International Club Cotonou Am\u00e9thyste est un mouvement f\u00e9minin. Il porte \u00e0 sa t\u00eate la pr\u00e9sidente Jocelyne Amass\u00e9. Compos\u00e9 uniquement de braves femmes, le club \u0153uvre dans plusieurs domaines, dont l’\u00e9ducation, l’autonomisation des femmes, la lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, etc. Le mouvement Soroptimist International a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis en 1921, au lendemain de la Premi\u00e8re Guerre mondiale. Au B\u00e9nin, le mouvement est compos\u00e9 de sept (07) clubs r\u00e9unis au sein du Soroptimist International Union B\u00e9nin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
