L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par le Premier ministre Amadou Bah Oury, le lundi 13 mai, lors du Africa CEO Forum \u00e0 Abidjan. Cette d\u00e9claration marque une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive vers le retour \u00e0 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel, pr\u00e8s de quatre ans apr\u00e8s le coup d\u2019\u00c9tat militaire de 2021 conduit par le colonel Mamady Doumbouya.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant ce double scrutin, un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum constitutionnel est pr\u00e9vu pour le 21 septembre 2025, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le chef du gouvernement. Le processus d\u2019enr\u00f4lement actuellement en cours, visant \u00e0 inscrire chaque citoyen dans le registre d\u2019\u00e9tat civil et le fichier \u00e9lectoral, est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour garantir la transparence et l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 du processus \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Amadou Bah Oury, cet enr\u00f4lement constitue \u00ab le socle de nos politiques publiques \u00bb et s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de transformation vers un \u00c9tat moderne, mieux gouvern\u00e9, rompant avec la gestion conjoncturelle du pass\u00e9. \u00ab Ce processus vise \u00e0 construire des fondations solides pour la d\u00e9mocratie guin\u00e9enne \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le colonel Mamady Doumbouya, chef de la junte au pouvoir depuis le renversement du pr\u00e9sident Alpha Cond\u00e9, avait annonc\u00e9 que 2025 serait une \u00ab ann\u00e9e \u00e9lectorale cruciale \u00bb.
