Au Mali, le Conseil national de transition (CNT) a adopt\u00e9, lundi 12 mai 2025, une loi abrogeant la Charte des partis politiques. Une d\u00e9cision qui suscite de vives inqui\u00e9tudes au sein de l\u2019opposition, laquelle y voit une man\u0153uvre destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9touffer la vie politique. Avec 130 voix pour et deux abstentions, les membres du CNT organe l\u00e9gislatif d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par la junte militaire au pouvoir ont valid\u00e9 cette mesure. Ceci, quelques jours seulement apr\u00e8s la suspension des activit\u00e9s politiques pour des raisons invoqu\u00e9es d\u2019ordre public.Selon les autorit\u00e9s, cette abrogation ne signifie pas la dissolution des partis politiques, mais vise \u00e0 freiner leur prolif\u00e9ration. Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Administration territoriale pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019environ 300 partis sont actuellement enregistr\u00e9s dans le pays.L\u2019opposition d\u00e9nonce une tentative de musellement et multiplie les actions pour contester cette loi. Elle consid\u00e8re cette abrogation comme une \u00e9tape suppl\u00e9mentaire dans la volont\u00e9 de la junte de retarder le retour \u00e0 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
