Il est poursuivi pour faux et usage de faux en \u00e9criture ainsi que stellionat, deux d\u00e9lits d\u00e9sormais dans le viseur de la Cour sp\u00e9ciale des affaires fonci\u00e8res (CSAF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord interpell\u00e9 par la Brigade criminelle, Boniface Gbozo a vu son dossier transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la Brigade \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re, qui a conduit l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Des perquisitions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es dans ses r\u00e9sidences. Plusieurs sources proches du mis en cause indiquent qu&rsquo;une importante quantit\u00e9 de documents fonciers a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs jours de garde \u00e0 vue, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au procureur sp\u00e9cial de la CSAF dans la soir\u00e9e de ce vendredi 16 mai 2025. Le procureur a ordonn\u00e9 son placement sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t. Il est d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 la prison civile et vient de passer sa premi\u00e8re nuit carc\u00e9rale, dans l\u2019attente de son audience publique pr\u00e9vue pour le jeudi 22 mai 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Cour sp\u00e9ciale des affaires fonci\u00e8res, qui multiplie les offensives contre les montages frauduleux dans le secteur, durcit le ton. Elle entend mener une traque syst\u00e9matique contre les r\u00e9seaux de faussaires qui manipulent les titres de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 au d\u00e9triment des citoyens et de l\u2019administration fonci\u00e8re.
