Saisie pour statuer, la juridiction a estim\u00e9 que les faits reproch\u00e9s rel\u00e8vent du domaine criminel, invitant le minist\u00e8re public \u00e0 mieux se pourvoir. Le mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de l&rsquo;ex-haut responsable s\u00e9curitaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 ; il reste en d\u00e9tention dans l\u2019attente de la suite de la proc\u00e9dure. L&rsquo;information a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e par Bip Radio FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Louis Philippe Hound\u00e9gnon est poursuivi pour harc\u00e8lement par moyens \u00e9lectroniques et incitation \u00e0 la r\u00e9bellion, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son neveu Camille Amoussou, \u00e9galement mis en cause dans le m\u00eame dossier. Lors de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente audience, le minist\u00e8re public avait requis deux (2) ans de prison ferme et deux (2) millions de francs CFA d\u2019amende contre l&rsquo;ancien directeur, tout en sollicitant la relaxe de Camille Amoussou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par sa d\u00e9claration d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence, la CRIET renvoie l\u2019affaire devant les juridictions p\u00e9nales comp\u00e9tentes pour une instruction plus approfondie.
