L\u2019objectif est d\u2019assurer la qualit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes et la conformit\u00e9 des dossiers d\u2019appel d\u2019offres avant le d\u00e9marrage effectif des travaux.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce comit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9 par l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel N\u00b00334\/MCVT\/DC\/SGM\/DG-SIRAT SA\/DPIROA\/SA en date du 22 d\u00e9cembre 2023, sign\u00e9 par Jos\u00e9 Tonato, ministre du Cadre de vie et des Transports. Il est charg\u00e9 de coordonner l\u2019ensemble du processus d\u2019\u00e9tudes relatif aux axes routiers concern\u00e9s. Ses missions incluent notamment : la v\u00e9rification du respect des termes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence par les bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes, le suivi de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des \u00e9tudes confi\u00e9es aux consultants, la participation aux restitutions techniques, l\u2019examen et la validation des rapports transmis, la participation aux ateliers et r\u00e9unions de suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les axes routiers concern\u00e9s par ces \u00e9tudes sont<\/em> : Djougou\u2013Ndali (127 km), Allada\u2013Bohicon (75 km), Aplahou\u00e9\u2013Abomey\u2013Bohicon\u2013Cov\u00e9\u2013Kp\u00e9d\u00e9pko\u2013K\u00e9tou\u2013Illara (146 km).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces projets sont financ\u00e9s par l\u2019Union \u00e9conomique et mon\u00e9taire ouest-africaine (UEMOA). Ils s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre du r\u00e9seau communautaire de l\u2019UEMOA et visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le niveau de service des infrastructures, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les dur\u00e9es de parcours et les co\u00fbts de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son discours d\u2019ouverture, Ranti Akind\u00e8s, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SIRAT (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Infrastructures Routi\u00e8res et de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement du Territoire), a soulign\u00e9 : \u00ab Ces projets contribueront \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9changes entre le B\u00e9nin et ses voisins, notamment le Togo et le Nigeria \u00bb. Il a ajout\u00e9 qu\u2019ils permettront aussi \u00ab d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions d\u2019approvisionnement des pays de l\u2019hinterland, que sont le Burkina Faso, le Niger et le Mali \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la mise en \u0153uvre de ces projets, une convention de ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e entre le B\u00e9nin et l\u2019UEMOA depuis le 29 ao\u00fbt 2023.
