Il a pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment le jeudi 05 juin 2025 devant les membres de la haute juridiction au cours d\u2019une audience pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re sp\u00e9ciale. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9galement a enregistr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence du personnel, des parents, amis et invit\u00e9s.<br>Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie consacrant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en fonction officielle du nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Cour constitutionnelle a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec la lecture du d\u00e9cret de nomination : d\u00e9cret 2025-236 du 07 Mai 2025, sign\u00e9 par le Chef de l\u2019Etat, Patrice TALON.<br>Main droite lev\u00e9e, M. Romuald IROTORI a jur\u00e9 devant les membres de la Cour constitutionnelle de bien et fid\u00e8lement remplir les fonctions dont il est investi, de respecter scrupuleusement les obligations qu\u2019elles lui imposent et de garder les secrets de d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la cessation de ses fonctions.<br>En recevant le serment de celui qui succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Isabelle A\u00efssi Djonnon Djato, le pr\u00e9sident Cossi Doroth\u00e9 SOSSA a saisi l\u2019occasion pour prodiguer quelques conseils au nouveau chef de l\u2019administration de la Cour constitutionnelle.
