L\u2019\u00e9lu local, membre du Bloc R\u00e9publicain, s\u2019est \u00e9teint des suites d\u2019une maladie. La nouvelle a plong\u00e9 la ville dans la consternation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancien chef du quartier Wansirou, Romain Batcho \u00e9tait une figure embl\u00e9matique de la gouvernance locale. Il \u00e9tait reconnu pour son engagement au service du d\u00e9veloppement communautaire et sa proximit\u00e9 avec les habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son d\u00e9c\u00e8s repr\u00e9sente une perte importante pour le conseil municipal de Parakou. Le Bloc R\u00e9publicain, son parti, perd un militant actif, respect\u00e9 pour son sens du dialogue et son ancrage dans la vie locale. Depuis l\u2019annonce de sa disparition, les hommages se multiplient. Responsables politiques, citoyens et leaders communautaires saluent la m\u00e9moire d\u2019un homme de terrain, d\u00e9vou\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romain Batcho laisse derri\u00e8re lui l\u2019image d\u2019un \u00e9lu engag\u00e9, passionn\u00e9 par sa mission.
