Ce futur p\u00f4le r\u00e9gional ambitionne de devenir un hub strat\u00e9gique pour la formation des agents territoriaux, des \u00e9lus communaux, municipaux et locaux du B\u00e9nin, mais aussi de la sous-r\u00e9gion. L&rsquo;inflammation a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue du conseil des ministres de ce mercredi 18 juin 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;un centre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qui va accueiller aussi bien des formations dipl\u00f4mantes que continues. L\u2019objectif est de professionnaliser la gestion territoriale et renforcer la gouvernance locale. Le projet comprend plusieurs infrastructures majeures : Un b\u00e2timent administratif principal (R+2), enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9, quatre blocs p\u00e9dagogiques d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation, avec un amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre de 200 places, trois b\u00e2timents d\u2019h\u00e9bergement : deux R+2 abritant chacun 50 dortoirs, et un R+2 de 100 studios, une infirmerie. Des am\u00e9nagements ext\u00e9rieurs pour un cadre fonctionnel et moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Conseil des ministres a valid\u00e9 la d\u00e9signation d\u2019une entreprise qualifi\u00e9e pour la mission de ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e.
