Il a comparu le mardi 24 juin 2025 devant le Tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Cotonou.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les informations, Mohamed voyageait sous l\u2019identit\u00e9 de \u00ab Miguel \u00bb, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un passeport \u00e9quato-guin\u00e9en. Les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 par la plateforme a\u00e9roportuaire b\u00e9ninoise avec un passeport malien. Ce recoupement a entra\u00een\u00e9 sa mise en garde \u00e0 vue imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la barre, le pr\u00e9venu a reconnu les faits. \u00c0 l&rsquo;en croire, Il a obtenu ce document en Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale, pays dont sa compagne et ses enfants sont ressortissants. Il esp\u00e9rait, selon ses propos, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s administratives facilit\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette nationalit\u00e9 d\u2019emprunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En larmes, Mohamed a plaid\u00e9 coupable et implor\u00e9 la cl\u00e9mence du tribunal. Le minist\u00e8re public, tout en reconnaissant les circonstances att\u00e9nuantes, a requis 24 mois de prison avec sursis, assortis d\u2019une amende de 500 000 FCFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jugement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pour le 1er juillet 2025.
