Ma\u00eetre Hamidou Conombo, huissier de justice \u00e0 Ouagadougou, est mis en cause dans une affaire d\u2019abus de confiance portant sur plus de 100 millions de francs CFA. Selon un communiqu\u00e9 du procureur du Faso pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de grande instance Ouaga I, l&rsquo;officier minist\u00e9riel a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention \u00e0 la maison d\u2019arr\u00eat et de correction de Ouagadougou (MACO) depuis le 19 juin 2025. Il compara\u00eetra le 27 juin prochain devant le tribunal correctionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019affaire d\u00e9bute le 11 mars 2025 avec le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une premi\u00e8re plainte. Ma\u00eetre Conombo avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour recouvrer des droits sociaux dus \u00e0 un travailleur licenci\u00e9, s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 2 225 000 FCFA. Une fois les fonds r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s, l\u2019huissier ne les aurait jamais revers\u00e9s \u00e0 la victime, malgr\u00e9 plusieurs relances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saisi, le parquet de Ouaga I a tent\u00e9 une m\u00e9diation, rest\u00e9e infructueuse. L\u2019affaire a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e au commissariat de l\u2019arrondissement n\u00b02, qui a enclench\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure d\u2019arrestation. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que le plaignant a finalement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 son argent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce premier dossier n\u2019\u00e9tait que le d\u00e9but. Entre le 3 avril et le 3 juin 2025, cinq autres plaintes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es contre le m\u00eame huissier. Les montants concern\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent respectivement \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9 816 498 FCFA (plainte du 3 avril)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 499 324 FCFA (7 avril)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 909 124 FCFA (11 avril)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>80 000 000 FCFA (22 mai)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le total des sommes en cause d\u00e9passe d\u00e9sormais les 100 millions de FCFA, alourdissant le dossier de l\u2019huissier d\u00e9sormais \u00e9crou\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un scandale \u00e9clabousse le milieu judiciaire burkinab\u00e8.
