Il s\u2019\u00e9tait fait passer pour un agent de voyage afin d\u2019extorquer de l\u2019argent \u00e0 sa victime.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les informations de Bip Radio, \u00e0 la barre l\u2019accus\u00e9 n\u2019a pas contest\u00e9 les faits. Il a reconnu avoir promis \u00e0 un interlocuteur un visa et un billet d\u2019avion, en se pr\u00e9sentant frauduleusement comme employ\u00e9 d\u2019une agence de voyage. S\u00e9duit par cette proposition, la victime lui avait remis la somme de 150 000 francs CFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais aucun document de voyage n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9 et l\u2019homme a disparu, laissant la victime sans nouvelles. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s des tentatives infructueuses de le joindre que celle-ci a port\u00e9 plainte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tribunal, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tabli la culpabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;accus\u00e9, a prononc\u00e9 une peine de six mois de prison assortie d\u2019un sursis, le reconnaissant coupable d\u2019escroquerie .
