Le dossier, examin\u00e9 par le tribunal d\u2019Abomey-Calavi a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 au 18 septembre 2025 pour compl\u00e9ment d\u2019instruction.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les informations rapport\u00e9es par Bip Radio, la jeune fille \u00e2g\u00e9e d\u2019environ 20 ans et h\u00e9berg\u00e9e par un couple, aurait vid\u00e9 le compte Mobile Money de sa tutrice et subtilis\u00e9 divers effets appartenant aux enfants de cette derni\u00e8re. \u00c0 la barre, la plaignante a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019un abus de confiance, affirmant que la somme de 1.045.000 FCFA qu\u2019elle avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur son compte avait presque totalement disparu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Je n\u2019ai retrouv\u00e9 qu\u2019environ 20.000 francs CFA. Je l\u2019ai surprise alors qu\u2019elle s\u2019appr\u00eatait \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer le reste de l\u2019argent \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la tutrice devant les juges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9venue n\u2019a pas contest\u00e9 les faits. Elle a reconnu avoir transf\u00e9r\u00e9 l\u2019argent \u00e0 deux amis. Une partie des fonds reste cependant introuvable, selon les premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tribunal a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reporter l\u2019audience afin de permettre aux parents de l\u2019accus\u00e9e de rembourser la somme en question. Une condition possible pour une \u00e9ventuelle cl\u00e9mence.
