Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 ce lundi 28 juillet 2025, en m\u00eame temps que son assistant, la comptable du tribunal, son propre assistant et un ancien stagiaire. Cinq personnes au total, d\u00e9sormais sous le coup d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure ouverte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon des informations obtenues par le D\u00e9partement Enqu\u00eate et Investigation (DEI) du groupe de presse Le Potentiel, les interpellations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es dans la matin\u00e9e de ce lundi par la police r\u00e9publicaine. L\u2019escorte relais a conduit les mis en cause directement \u00e0 la BEF, o\u00f9 ils sont entendus sur des faits de nature d\u00e9lictuelle. Les d\u00e9tails pr\u00e9cis des griefs retenus ne sont pas encore rendus publics, mais les sources fiables \u00e9voquent des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s suffisamment graves pour impliquer une saisine de la CRIET dans les prochains jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure suit son cours, sous haute surveillance. Tous les regards sont d\u00e9sormais tourn\u00e9s vers le procureur sp\u00e9cial de la CRIET, qui devra se prononcer sur l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle mise en d\u00e9tention provisoire ou non des cinq pr\u00e9venus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce coup de filet met en lumi\u00e8re, une fois encore, les dysfonctionnements internes dans certaines juridictions.
