L&rsquo;homme d\u00e9nonce de profondes in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre hauts fonctionnaires. Cette d\u00e9claration choc intervient lors de la pr\u00e9sentation officielle de l&rsquo;\u2019Agenda national de transformation du service public, un plan strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 moderniser et moraliser la fonction publique.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant un parterre de ministres, de hauts cadres de l\u2019\u00c9tat et de partenaires techniques et financiers, Ousmane Sonko a point\u00e9 du doigt des disparit\u00e9s salariales jug\u00e9es \u00ab ind\u00e9centes \u00bb. \u00ab Il y a des directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux qui per\u00e7oivent quatre, cinq, voire sept fois plus que le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00bb, a-t-il fustig\u00e9, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant des \u00ab dysfonctionnements qu\u2019il faut corriger sans d\u00e9lai \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Premier ministre a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de restaurer l\u2019\u00e9thique et la justice salariale dans le service public. \u00ab Le pr\u00e9sident per\u00e7oit moins de 5 millions de francs CFA, le Premier ministre autour de 4 millions, les ministres moins de 4 millions\u2026 Comment un fonctionnaire peut-il \u00eatre milliardaire dans ce pays ? Ce n\u2019est pas possible \u00bb, a-t-il martel\u00e9, exhortant ceux qui aspirent \u00e0 la richesse \u00e0 se tourner vers l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat et non vers les finances publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Agenda national pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Sonko vise \u00e0 en finir avec l\u2019opacit\u00e9, les privil\u00e8ges non justifi\u00e9s et les d\u00e9rives financi\u00e8res dans la haute administration.
