Le jugement a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 au 3 novembre 2025 pour d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les faits pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019audience, l\u2019incident se serait produit alors que le policier effectuait une course \u00e0 pied informe Bip Radio. L\u2019accus\u00e9 aurait enregistr\u00e9 la sc\u00e8ne \u00e0 son insu, puis l\u2019aurait publi\u00e9e sur le r\u00e9seau social suscitant l\u2019ouverture de poursuites pour harc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face aux juges, le pr\u00e9venu n\u2019a fourni aucune explication sur ses motivations.
