Alain Tozo, 2\u1d49 adjoint au maire de Porto-Novo et l\u2019ancien chef du service des affaires domaniales (CSAD) figurent parmi les principaux condamn\u00e9s. Ils \u00e9copent respectivement de 3 et 7 ans de prison ferme, assortis de lourdes amendes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le verdict rendu ce jeudi, le 2\u1d49 adjoint au maire a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable d\u2019abus de fonctions. Il devra purger 3 ans de prison et s\u2019acquitter d\u2019une amende de 5 millions de francs CFA. Il est \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 verser 5 millions de francs CFA de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 un propri\u00e9taire l\u00e9s\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ancien chef du service des affaires domaniales \u00e9cope de la peine la plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re. 7 ans de prison ferme et 100 millions de francs CFA d\u2019amende, pour abus de fonctions et blanchiment de capitaux informe Libre Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un facilitateur impliqu\u00e9 dans le dossier est condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 5 ans de prison ferme et 50 millions de francs CFA d\u2019amende pour abus de fonctions et blanchiment. Par ailleurs, un agent municipal est sanctionn\u00e9 de 3 ans de prison ferme et 25 millions de francs CFA d\u2019amende. Ce dernier est accus\u00e9 des infractions dites \u00ab\u00a0fausse attestation et blanchiment de capitaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans sa d\u00e9cision, la CRIET a ordonn\u00e9 la confiscation de toutes les parcelles concern\u00e9es au profit de la mairie de Porto-Novo.
