L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par le greffe de la juridiction militaire.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re public avait requis, lors de l\u2019audience du 22 ao\u00fbt dernier, la peine de mort contre l\u2019ex-chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Les r\u00e9quisitions incluent \u00e9galement la mise sous s\u00e9questre de ses biens, son arrestation imm\u00e9diate et sa condamnation aux frais et \u00e0 la contrainte par corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis l\u2019ouverture de la proc\u00e9dure, Joseph Kabila n\u2019a jamais comparu devant les juges, son absence ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement act\u00e9e.
