L&rsquo;homme est accus\u00e9 de complicit\u00e9 avec le mouvement rebelle M23, soutenu par le Rwanda. Initialement pr\u00e9vu ce vendredi 12 septembre, le d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une requ\u00eate des parties civiles.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de l\u2019audience, les avocats repr\u00e9sentant la RDC ainsi que les provinces de l\u2019Ituri, du Nord-Kivu et du Sud-Kivu ont sollicit\u00e9 la reprise des d\u00e9bats, invoquant de nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve. Parmi ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments figurent des t\u00e9moignages \u00e9voquant de suppos\u00e9s liens financiers entre Joseph Kabila et des comptes bancaires qui auraient servi au financement de l\u2019Alliance des Forces du Changement\/M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration, la Cour a jug\u00e9 cette requ\u00eate recevable, repoussant ainsi l\u2019annonce du verdict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poursuivi pour complicit\u00e9 avec un mouvement arm\u00e9, Joseph Kabila risque la peine de mort s\u2019il est reconnu coupable.
