Une enveloppe budg\u00e9taire de 283,7 milliards de FCFA a \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9e pour concr\u00e9tiser cette ambition. La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue du conseil des ministres de ce mercredi 17 septembre 2025.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de cette nouvelle politique figure la promotion des alternatives \u00e9ducatives. Elles sont d\u00e9finies comme des mod\u00e8les d\u2019apprentissage offerts en dehors du syst\u00e8me formel. Celles-ci visent en priorit\u00e9 les enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 14 ans, souvent exclus de l\u2019\u00e9cole traditionnelle. Les alternatives \u00e9ducatives proposent \u00e9galement des parcours associant scolarisation et initiation aux m\u00e9tiers, dispens\u00e9s en fran\u00e7ais et\/ou en langues nationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif du gouvernement est de rompre avec l\u2019ancienne centr\u00e9e exclusivement sur la forme scolaire classique, qui g\u00e9n\u00e9rait abandons et exclusions. D\u00e9sormais, l\u2019\u00e9ducation de base s\u2019\u00e9tendra sur 15 ann\u00e9es, contre 12 auparavant, incluant deux ann\u00e9es de pr\u00e9scolaire. Cette r\u00e9forme permettra \u00e0 tous les enfants de moins de 15 ans d\u2019acc\u00e9der jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la classe de Terminale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie entend \u00e9galement combler un vide institutionnel en cr\u00e9ant un dispositif p\u00e9renne de gestion des alternatives \u00e9ducatives.
