Le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal veut financer son propre d\u00e9veloppement avec l’accompagnement de ses citoyens. Le ministre des Finances et du Budget, Cheikh Diba, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ce jeudi 18 septembre 2025, au lancement officiel d\u2019un emprunt obligataire par appel public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9pargne (APE) d\u2019un montant de 300 milliards de francs CFA. Cette initiative, inscrite dans la vision strat\u00e9gique S\u00e9n\u00e9gal 2050. Elle vise \u00e0 diversifier les sources de financement du pays et \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019implication citoyenne dans le d\u00e9veloppement national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon Cheikh Diba, cette lev\u00e9e de fonds permettra de mobiliser l\u2019\u00e9pargne nationale pour soutenir des projets prioritaires dans des secteurs cl\u00e9s tels que l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la sant\u00e9, l\u2019agriculture et les \u00e9nergies renouvelables. \u00ab Il s\u2019agit de donner aux S\u00e9n\u00e9galais, o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils se trouvent, l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de participer activement \u00e0 la transformation de leur pays \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre a particuli\u00e8rement insist\u00e9 sur le caract\u00e8re symbolique et patriotique de cette op\u00e9ration, ouverte aussi bien aux r\u00e9sidents qu\u2019\u00e0 la diaspora. Cette derni\u00e8re est invit\u00e9e \u00e0 investir dans un instrument jug\u00e9 s\u00fbr et rentable, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de garanties solides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
