Conduite par le Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle, le Professeur Cossi Doroth\u00e9 Sossa, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation regroupait les pr\u00e9sidents des principales institutions de la R\u00e9publique.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une atmosph\u00e8re de recueillement, les officiels ont sign\u00e9 le livre de condol\u00e9ances ouvert en hommage \u00e0 l\u2019illustre disparu. Au nom de ses pairs, le Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, Louis Gb\u00e8hounou Vlavonou, a pris la parole pour rappeler la port\u00e9e de cet acte solennel.<br>\u00ab Nous sommes ici, tous Pr\u00e9sidents d&rsquo;institutions, pour rendre hommage \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire de notre compatriote Emmanuel Golou, 2\u1d49 vice-pr\u00e9sident du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social, et signer par la m\u00eame occasion le livre de condol\u00e9ances ouvert \u00e0 cet effet. Face \u00e0 cette douloureuse s\u00e9paration, nous ne pouvons pas rester en marge.
