Cette d\u00e9cision vise \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019identit\u00e9 nationale, l\u2019unit\u00e9, le patriotisme et la citoyennet\u00e9 responsable chez les jeunes Nig\u00e9rians.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, Dr Tunji Alausa, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la mesure lors d\u2019un point de presse \u00e0 Abuja. Selon lui, ce programme complet ambitionne de \u00ab raviver la fiert\u00e9 du pass\u00e9 du Nigeria, nourrir la conscience civique et pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves aux valeurs essentielles pour une nation responsable \u00bb. Il a exprim\u00e9 sa reconnaissance au pr\u00e9sident Bola Tinubu, qui a soutenu cette r\u00e9forme dans le cadre du programme Renewed Hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019histoire n\u2019est pas seulement une trace du pass\u00e9, mais un fondement essentiel pour former des citoyens patriotes et responsables \u00bb, a insist\u00e9 le ministre. Concr\u00e8tement, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du CP au CE1 suivront d\u00e9sormais des cours d\u2019histoire du Nig\u00e9ria, tandis que ceux du CE2 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de la nouvelle mati\u00e8re <em>\u00c9tudes civiques et patrimoniales<\/em>, combinant apprentissage historique et \u00e9ducation civique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e vise \u00e0 permettre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de comprendre l\u2019histoire nationale tout en cultivant des valeurs de citoyennet\u00e9, de responsabilit\u00e9 et de service.
