Une annonce faite lors d&rsquo;une \u00e9mission diffus\u00e9e sur la RTB, lors de la troisi\u00e8me anniversaire de son accession au pouvoir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me phase, qui n\u2019est plus d\u2019acheter, mais de fabriquer nous-m\u00eames les armes. C\u2019est cela, la mont\u00e9e en puissance \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ibrahim Traor\u00e9. Selon lui, le pays dispose d\u00e9sormais des comp\u00e9tences et des ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour b\u00e2tir une industrie de d\u00e9fense locale. \u00ab Il suffisait juste de chercher.
