Cette d\u00e9marche est une condition pr\u00e9alable pour l\u2019obtention de tout document consulaire, selon une note officielle sign\u00e9e par le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du consulat M. DY Alfred repr\u00e9sentant le Consul. Pour faciliter la proc\u00e9dure, le Consul a mandat\u00e9 Messieurs Hounpkatin A. Claude et Sohou V. F. Gutemberg afin d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre des communaut\u00e9s b\u00e9ninoises \u00e0 travers le pays. Leur mission esr d&rsquo;accompagner les ressortissants dans l\u2019enregistrement au registre consulaire e-Diaspora.
