Interpell\u00e9 le 22 octobre 2025 et gard\u00e9 \u00e0 vue pendant une semaine \u00e0 la brigade criminelle, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 hier mardi 28 octobre 2025 au parquet sp\u00e9cial de la cour sp\u00e9ciale des affaires fonci\u00e8res (CSAF). Son \u00e9pouse, concern\u00e9e dans la proc\u00e9dure, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e9galement devant le procureur sp\u00e9cial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une audition marathon, la proc\u00e9dure a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise au juge d\u2019instruction. Face aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments retenus contre lui, Guidibi Edgard a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, tandis que son \u00e9pouse b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un contr\u00f4le judiciaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Selon des informations recueillies de plusieurs diff\u00e9rentes sources par le d\u00e9partement enqu\u00eate et investigation (DEI) du groupe de presse le Potentiel, d\u2019autres plaignants potentiels pourraient saisir directement le juge d\u2019instruction de la CSAF pour se constituer partie civile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Son mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t affiche trois chefs d\u2019accusation dont association de malfaiteurs, escroquerie par appel public et stellionat, un d\u00e9lit fr\u00e9quent dans les litiges fonciers au B\u00e9nin. L\u2019affaire suivra d\u00e9sormais son cours devant le juge d\u2019instruction avant toute orientation d\u00e9finitive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Le nom du pasteur Guidibi, jusque-l\u00e0 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9dication, se retrouve ainsi au centre d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure domaniale complexe o\u00f9 se m\u00ealent argent, foi et terres litigieuses. Le d\u00e9veloppement du dossier dira si le pasteur a c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la tentation ou s\u2019il est victime d\u2019un enchev\u00eatrement foncier mal ma\u00eetris\u00e9.
