Ce dispositif, qui vise \u00e0 garantir une couverture sanitaire universelle, s\u2019applique \u00e0 toutes les personnes r\u00e9sidant sur le territoire national. La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en conseil des minstres de ce mercredi 29 octobre 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adopt\u00e9 en 2023, le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02023-327 du 21 juin 2023 avait d\u00e9fini les premi\u00e8res modalit\u00e9s d\u2019application. Mais face \u00e0 l\u2019imminence de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019assurance maladie, le gouvernement a jug\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de mettre \u00e0 jour le texte r\u00e9glementaire pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des populations vuln\u00e9rables. D\u00e9sormais, les enfants orient\u00e9s vers les centres de protection de l\u2019enfant par les structures publiques, les personnes en situation de mendicit\u00e9 ainsi que les malades mentaux font partie des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires pris en charge par l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs, le panier de soins de base a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9 et \u00e9largi pour inclure de nouvelles affections courantes, garantissant ainsi un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux soins essentiels pour tous les assur\u00e9s.
