Les pr\u00e9venus sont accus\u00e9s d\u2019avoir men\u00e9 une arnaque sentimentale en ligne, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e \u00ab plan love \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c0 la barre, l\u2019un des accus\u00e9s a reconnu les faits, admettant avoir contact\u00e9 des victimes cibl\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour leur soutirer de l\u2019argent sous couvert de relations amoureuses. Le second pr\u00e9venu, quant \u00e0 lui, a ni\u00e9 toute implication, soutenant que le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme preuve ne lui appartenait pas apprend, bip radio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lors des r\u00e9quisitions, le substitut du procureur a demand\u00e9 la relaxe au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du doute pour celui qui conteste les faits. Pour le pr\u00e9venu ayant reconnu l\u2019escroquerie, le minist\u00e8re public a requis cinq ans d\u2019emprisonnement, dont deux ans fermes, assortis d\u2019une amende de 500 000 francs CFA.
