Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du portefeuille de projets structurants destin\u00e9s \u00e0 moderniser et \u00e0 diversifier le secteur h\u00f4telier national.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019\u00e9tendant sur une superficie d\u2019environ 25 hectares, le futur complexe se veut un village de vacances haut de gamme offrant des prestations de qualit\u00e9 internationale. Il comprendra 336 chambres, dont 30 suites de haut standing, deux restaurants, quatre piscines, un SPA de marque internationale, ainsi qu\u2019un espace bien-\u00eatre. Pour agr\u00e9menter le s\u00e9jour des visiteurs, le site disposera \u00e9galement de terrains de tennis, de padel et de multisports, sans oublier les activit\u00e9s nautiques qui mettront en valeur le potentiel baln\u00e9aire de la c\u00f4te b\u00e9ninoise.
