L\u2019institution pr\u00e9cise que les promoteurs concern\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas repris leurs \u00e9missions malgr\u00e9 plusieurs mises en demeure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des r\u00e9centes d\u00e9cisions leur avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 enjoint de r\u00e9gulariser leur situation. Face \u00e0 l\u2019absence de toute reprise d\u2019activit\u00e9s, la HAAC a constat\u00e9 une violation de l\u2019article 5 de la convention d\u2019exploitation liant chaque radio \u00e0 l\u2019institution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le retrait prend effet \u00e0 compter de la notification officielle adress\u00e9e aux promoteurs, et abroge toute disposition ant\u00e9rieure contraire.
