La 7\u1d49 mandature, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la paix et la coh\u00e9sion sociale, rel\u00e8ve que plusieurs m\u00e9dias sans existence l\u00e9gale au B\u00e9nin diffusent des contenus de d\u00e9sinformation, des messages haineux ou des publications portant atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Selon l\u2019unit\u00e9 de monitoring de l\u2019institution, 36 pages et plateformes alimentent actuellement ces d\u00e9rives. Face \u00e0 cette situation, la HAAC a publi\u00e9, le 12 novembre 2025, le communiqu\u00e9 n\u00b0015-25\/HAAC mettant en demeure les responsables concern\u00e9s. Elle leur ordonne de mettre fin imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 leurs activit\u00e9s illicites, faute de quoi des poursuites seront engag\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux textes en vigueur.
