Le pr\u00e9venu est poursuivi pour avoir diffus\u00e9 en ligne des offres de vente portant sur les logements sociaux de Ou\u00e8do, dans la commune d\u2019Abomey-Calavi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s les enqu\u00eateurs, ce dernier avait publi\u00e9 plusieurs annonces pr\u00e9sentant ces habitations comme disponibles \u00e0 l\u2019achat. L\u2019une d\u2019elles affichait un prix de 22,88 millions de F CFA, tandis qu\u2019une autre proposait une formule de paiement mensuel de 97 000 F CFA sur 25 ans. Or, \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode, aucune autorisation officielle n\u2019avait encore \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e pour la commercialisation de ces logements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c0 la barre, l\u2019agent immobilier a rejet\u00e9 les accusations, affirmant n\u2019avoir cherch\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00ab susciter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de potentiels acqu\u00e9reurs \u00bb. Il assure que ses publications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites avant que le gouvernement ne confie la gestion des ventes \u00e0 la SImAU. D\u00e8s l\u2019annonce officielle, dit-il, il a retir\u00e9 toutes ses offres. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent march\u00e9 datant de 2008-2009, \u00e0 Arconville, o\u00f9 il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour trouver des acheteurs pour des logements sociaux. Selon lui, le projet de Ou\u00e8do lui semblait reposer sur une logique similaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Contre toute attente, le substitut du procureur sp\u00e9cial a estim\u00e9 que l\u2019intention de tromper n\u2019\u00e9tait pas d\u00e9montr\u00e9e. Faute d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment attestant une volont\u00e9 d\u2019escroquer, il a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour de relaxer le pr\u00e9venu et de le remettre en libert\u00e9.
