Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux populations les enjeux-cl\u00e9s de la nouvelle architecture institutionnelle du B\u00e9nin.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entour\u00e9 d\u2019une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de haut niveau dont la ministre Adidjatou Mathys, vice-pr\u00e9sidente du Bloc R\u00e9publicain, le maire Gabriel S\u00e8na Ganhoutod\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9f\u00e8te de l\u2019Ou\u00e9m\u00e9 Marie Akpotrossou Abdoulaye, Bio Tchan\u00e9 a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour chaque citoyen de s\u2019approprier les r\u00e9formes constitutionnelles port\u00e9es par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a expliqu\u00e9 les fondamentaux, les innovations majeures ainsi que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance, de stabilit\u00e9 institutionnelle et de participation d\u00e9mocratique. Les habitants d\u2019Avrankou, venus en grand nombre, ont activement particip\u00e9 aux \u00e9changes.
