Les faits, survenus dans un contexte de tensions num\u00e9riques croissantes, rappellent les d\u00e9rives fr\u00e9quentes du buzz sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les risques juridiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la cyberdiffusion d\u2019informations non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les plaignants ont saisi la justice, accusant l\u2019artiste d\u2019avoir publi\u00e9 plusieurs vid\u00e9os pr\u00e9judiciables \u00e0 leur r\u00e9putation. Les vid\u00e9os auraient rapidement circul\u00e9, provoquant un pr\u00e9judice moral que les plaignants ont souhait\u00e9 faire reconna\u00eetre. Inform\u00e9e de l\u2019affaire, la Plateforme de Lutte Contre la Cybercriminalit\u00e9 (PLCC) a ouvert une enqu\u00eate. Les premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont permis d&rsquo;identifier et d&rsquo;interpeller l\u2019artiste mis en cause.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de son audition a reconnu \u00eatre l\u2019auteur d\u2019une partie des contenus incrimin\u00e9s. Il explique avoir agi sous le coup d\u2019un diff\u00e9rend professionnel li\u00e9 \u00e0 une prestation artistique, tout en affirmant ne pas avoir voulu porter atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019honneur des plaignants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9liminaire, l\u2019artiste a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 au parquet.
