Dans ce message film\u00e9 et relay\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, l\u2019agent appelait ouvertement les citoyens \u00e0 se mobiliser et exhortait le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 quitter le pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019enregistrement a circul\u00e9 rapidement et suscit\u00e9 de vives r\u00e9actions. Des sources polici\u00e8res parlent d\u2019un message \u00ab dangereux \u00bb, susceptible d\u2019alimenter la confusion dans un contexte o\u00f9 le pays sortait \u00e0 peine d\u2019une tentative de mutinerie d\u00e9jou\u00e9e. D\u00e8s l\u2019alerte donn\u00e9e, ses coll\u00e8gues ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 son arrestation sans incident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kindjanhound\u00e9 n\u2019en \u00e9tait pas \u00e0 son premier coup d\u2019\u00e9clat. Fin novembre, plusieurs vid\u00e9os publi\u00e9es sur TikTok avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention sur son comportement. Certaines rumeurs \u00e9voquent d\u2019\u00e9ventuels troubles psychologiques, mais aucune autorit\u00e9 ne l\u2019a confirm\u00e9. Pour l\u2019heure, la proc\u00e9dure reste strictement p\u00e9nale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le policier doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la CRIET pour \u00ab publications fallacieuses \u00bb et incitation \u00e0 la mobilisation.
