Selon les informations recoup\u00e9es par le d\u00e9partement enqu\u00eate et investigation (DEI) du groupe de presse Le Potentiel, l\u2019\u00e9lu a \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 pour des faits qualifi\u00e9s de crime contre la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat, dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019immunit\u00e9 parlementaire cesse de produire effet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les faits remontent \u00e0 la tentative de putsch du dimanche 7 d\u00e9cembre 2025. Dans deux groupes WhatsApp, l\u2019honorable Sounon Bok\u00e9 aurait tenu des propos de nature \u00e0 susciter la mutinerie et la r\u00e9volte populaire. Dans le premier groupe, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Les amis de l\u2019honorable Sounon Bok\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, des messages attribu\u00e9s au d\u00e9put\u00e9 appellent \u00e0 la mobilisation. Dans le second groupe, BANIKOARA, un message bref \u00ab c\u2019est la f\u00eate \u00bb est interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration explicite des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en cours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour plusieurs juristes consult\u00e9s, ces \u00e9crits, replac\u00e9s dans leur contexte et \u00e9manant d\u2019une personnalit\u00e9 politique en exercice, constituent un flagrant d\u00e9lit au sens strict de la proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale. Dans une telle situation, l\u2019immunit\u00e9 parlementaire tombe de plein droit. L\u2019\u00e9lu est alors trait\u00e9 comme tout citoyen ordinaire, sans autorisation pr\u00e9alable de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est sur cette base que Sounon Bok\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 \u00e0 Cotonou par des agents du centre national d\u2019investigation num\u00e9rique. Il est actuellement plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue. La proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9voit son audition sur proc\u00e8s-verbal, avant un \u00e9ventuel d\u00e9ferrement devant le procureur sp\u00e9cial de la CRIET.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Politiquement, l\u2019affaire touche un \u00e9lu de la 2\u1d49 circonscription sous la banni\u00e8re du parti Les D\u00e9mocrates. Juridiquement, elle rappelle une r\u00e8gle constante, face au flagrant d\u00e9lit, le statut ne prot\u00e8ge pas.
