Ce projet, qui s\u2019\u00e9tendra sur plus de 12 hectares, ambitionne de devenir le centre n\u00e9vralgique des industries culturelles et cr\u00e9atives du pays.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le Qcc sera un espace de convergence pour l\u2019innovation, la cr\u00e9ation, la diffusion et la consommation culturelles. Il accueillera divers \u00e9quipements et activit\u00e9s interconnect\u00e9s, favorisant la commercialisation d\u2019\u0153uvres artistiques, l\u2019organisation de manifestations culturelles et la promotion des talents locaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019objectif est de positionner Cotonou comme une plateforme culturelle majeure en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest et un p\u00f4le sous-r\u00e9gional des arts et industries culturelles. Le site visera \u00e9galement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des synergies avec les grands p\u00f4les artistiques internationaux, offrant aux acteurs locaux des opportunit\u00e9s de rayonnement et de partenariats enrichissants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pour assurer la bonne ex\u00e9cution du projet, le conseil a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 un groupe exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser les travaux.
