La juridiction l\u2019a condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 douze mois de prison avec sursis et au paiement d\u2019une amende d\u2019un million de francs CFA, mettant ainsi fin \u00e0 sa d\u00e9tention provisoire sans prononcer de peine ferme.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9tenu \u00e0 la prison civile d\u2019Abomey-Calavi, le journaliste a quitt\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement p\u00e9nitentiaire apr\u00e8s le verdict rendu par la deuxi\u00e8me chambre correctionnelle de la CRIET. L\u2019information a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par son directeur de publication, dans un message adress\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction du Potentiel. \u00ab Il est libre de ses mouvements et a pu passer les f\u00eates de la Nativit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de sa famille \u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olivier Alloch\u00e8me avait comparu une premi\u00e8re fois le 30 octobre 2025, lors d\u2019une audience exp\u00e9ditive consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 son inculpation, avant que le dossier ne soit renvoy\u00e9 au 11 d\u00e9cembre 2025. Cette audience n\u2019a toutefois pas pu se tenir, en raison des \u00e9v\u00e9nements s\u00e9curitaires survenus le 7 d\u00e9cembre 2025, notamment une tentative de coup d\u2019\u00c9tat signal\u00e9e dans le pays. Le proc\u00e8s a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 reprogramm\u00e9, d\u00e9bouchant sur une condamnation assortie de sursis, \u00e9cartant ainsi toute prolongation de l\u2019incarc\u00e9ration. L\u2019affaire trouve son origine dans un \u00e9ditorial publi\u00e9 le 10 juin 2025 sur la page Facebook personnelle du journaliste, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab L\u2019UPR, c\u2019est fini \u00bb. Dans ce texte, Olivier Alloch\u00e8me \u00e9voquait une suppos\u00e9e brouille entre le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Patrice Talon, et l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, Adrien Houngb\u00e9dji.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il y affirmait notamment que ce dernier aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 sous surveillance par son \u00e9pouse \u00e0 la demande du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat , une assertion jug\u00e9e non \u00e9tay\u00e9e par la justice.
